Former Major League Baseball infielder Dick Green signed and returned two cards in 25 days. He signed a 1970 Topps and a 1975 Topps. The cards were sent to his home address in South Dakota. The address can be found on SCN for members only.
Green had a 12-year big league career and was a 3-time World Series Champion. He spent his entire career with the Athletics, spending time both in Kansas City and Oakland. In high school, he was also a Quarterback on the football team and was even offered a scholarship to play at Michigan State. He turned down the offer to sign with the A’s.
