Today’s card of the day celebrates the career of Patrick Roy. On this day in 2003, Roy played his final National Hockey League game.
Roy was a 3rd Round Pick of the Montreal Canadiens in the 1984 NHL Draft. He had a 19-year career in the NHL split between the Montreal Canadiens and the Colorado Avalanches and amassed 551 Wins during his career. He made 11 All-Star teams, won three Conn Smythe trophies, three Vezina Trophies and was a four-time Stanley Cup Champ!
