Steer was the 90th overall pick in the 2019 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins. The University of Oregon product played at two levels in his debut and finished with a .280 average in 64 games. The 3rd Rounder should have an opportunity to return to Low-A Cedar Rapids when minor league baseball returns.
