A 2005-06 The Cup Sidney Crosby Rookie Patch Autograph sold last night for $125,200 on eBay. This RPA card is numbered 52/99 and is graded a Pristine 10 by Beckett Grading (BGS). The corners grade of 9.5 cost it the coveted Black Label Status (all four sub grades must be 10).

The auction had 56 bids, with just two above $100,000. There were 23 bids over the $50,000 mark. The card was auctioned by PWCC so there will always be some questions about the legitimacy of the sale. There’s a chance this item will be re-listed again if the seller does not pay.
